SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Goanna Academy offers a standard shipping rate on all domestic orders as a flat fee of $10.00.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard delivery times are 3 – 5 business days from collection for stickers, hats and tape. For t-shirt, there is a 4-6 week delivery time. All items will be shipped together once ready. 

CAN Goanna Academy SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Unfortunately, orders can only be sent to Australian addresses.

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Dispatched, you will receive delivery confirmation, along with your tracking details of your order via Australia Post.

RETURNS

As a not-for-profit initiative, all sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

We kindly ask you to double-check sizes and details before placing your order — every purchase directly supports our work, and helps us reach more people with mental health support and education. 

Of course, if your item arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we’ll do our best to make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

As a not-for-profit initiative with limited stock, we’re unable to offer exchanges for change of mind, colour, or size. We appreciate your understanding — every item purchased helps fund our programs and support mental health in communities that need it most.

Please take care when selecting your size and product. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re here to help.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement if the product:

• Is faulty or not of acceptable quality
• Is unsafe
• Doesn’t match the description on our website or from a Goanna Academy team member
